1. Introduction:

By accessing and using the ImpulseGuard app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the app. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app. The terms may be updated periodically, and it is the user's responsibility to review the latest version.

2. Description of Services:

ImpulseGuard is an app designed to help users manage and reduce impulsive behaviors through 10-minute sessions. The app includes various features such as impulse tracking, rewards, and gamified elements to support users in their journey.

3. Use of the App:

Users agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the app by any third party. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the app.

4. Limitation of Liability:

The ImpulseGuard app is provided "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, ImpulseGuard shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the app.

5. Termination of Access:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Intellectual Property:

All content included in the app, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ImpulseGuard and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided within the app.

7. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
